NGO/ NPO Registration

Non-profit Company Reg. requirements

• ID copy of directors

BEE Registration

BEE Afidavit requirements

• Copy of company/CC documents
• Share certificates (applicable To Pty Ltd only)
• Certified copies of IDs of directors
• Proof of business income
• 12 months bank statement (not applicable for startups or companies less than 12 months)

Export/Import Registration

Import/Export License requirements

• Company registration document - COR 14.3
• Certified I.D copy of directors
• Cellphone account not older than 3 months to confirm contact details
• Proof of bank account letter/statement not older than 3 months
• Form DA 185 (VAT, IT, PAYE, SDL, UIF) letters from SARS to confirm revenue registration details
